The painting, eagerly awaiting punishment with molten wax.

This is my Place project. I came about this idea when I visited my place the first time: I instantly got the feeling of the concrete on the side of the building flowing down to the sidewalk. When I got this feeling, I instantly thought about wax on a canvas painted to look like concrete. The result is a very striking piece in my opinion.
The project began with a canvas painted with gray paint, with black and white highlights, to attempt to re-create concrete in some manner.
